IPMA-HR Sacramento Mother-Lode Chapter is honored to bring you guest speaker, Jeff Chang, to kick-off the 2014 Spring Mixer by presenting “The Dirty Dozen – Twelve Problems Commonly Found In Public Agency Benefits Programs.” Jeff’s program will consist of an interactive discussion of the kinds of benefits problems and tax issues that can lurk in otherwise well-run benefits programs.

Jeff Chang is a Sacramento attorney specializing in public agency employee benefits and founder of Chang, Ruthenberg & Long, an employee benefits law focused practice. His firm has worked on over 100 public employer plans, from small special districts to some of California's largest cities.
