The IPMA-HR Sacramento Mother-Lode Chapter is proud to offer “Developing Competencies for HR Success". Developing Competencies for HR Success is a comprehensive leadership course developed to provide mid-to-senior-level human resource professionals, committed to working in the public sector, with a foundation for success. Through discussion, exercises and assessments, the program increases your value to your organization and helps you gain expertise on the roles of the Business Partner, HR Leader, and Change Agent. This rarely offered program allows you to network with other HR professionals, build credibility as an HR Professional and take a step closer toward becoming an IPMA-HR Senior Certified Professional (IPMA-SCP). IPMA-HR leadership courses are specifically designed for the unique needs and environment of public sector human resources professionals.
The program concludes with a test preparation session to prepare attendees to take the optional, 85 multiple-choice questions IPMA-HR certification examination for the IPMA-SCP designation (to be completed within 2.5 hours). Attendees have 30 days following the conclusion of the program to take the optional IPMA-HR Senior Certified Professional (IPMA-SCP) Exam.
